Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the LessonAI service. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. Description of the service

LessonAI helps teachers create interactive English lessons, including by generating exercises with artificial intelligence from photos or PDF pages of your teaching materials. The service is provided “as is” and may change or improve over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information. One account is intended for one person or organization.

3. Acceptable use

When using LessonAI, you agree NOT to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• upload illegal or abusive content, or content that exploits children;
• bypass the service’s limits, protections, or security mechanisms;
• abuse AI generation (bulk or automated requests beyond normal use);
• upload materials you don’t have the rights to (copyright infringement).

4. Your content and rights

You retain the rights to your content — your lessons and uploaded materials. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you. By uploading materials, you confirm that you have the right to do so.

5. AI content — important disclaimer

Exercises generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incorrect wording. Before using them with students, you must review the generated content. You are responsible for the materials you use in teaching. LessonAI does not guarantee the pedagogical correctness of every generated exercise.

6. Plans and tokens

The free plan has a monthly limit of AI generations. Paid plans and prices may change — we will give advance notice of material changes. Paid services are provided according to the plan you choose.

7. Intellectual property

The service itself, the brand, the code, and the design belong to LessonAI. These Terms grant you no rights to them other than the right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, LessonAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
